Initial appearance:
If you do NOT wish to contest the citation, please pay the amount indicated on the top of the citation BEFORE the court date indicated. Payment in full is due on the court date indicated. Send a check or money order payable to the North Shore Municipal Court to the address above, or pay online on or before the date indicated. To make a debit or credit card payment, you may use the "Make a Payment" button or choose to pay in person using cash or a personal check. Note: if the citation was issued to a juvenile, you may not use debit or credit to pay the citation.
If you wish to contest/dispute the citation, or are requesting another change related to the citation, your appearance is required on the court date indicated on the top of your citation. This will be your opportunity to meet with the Prosecuting Attorney.
If you are unable to personally appear, you must contact the prosecuting attorney a MINIMUM of 1 week prior to the court date indicated on your citation.
