February Spring Primary is not needed.

By Mail: Ballots have pre-paid postage. Please allow at least 5 days to mail your ballot. Ballots must be received by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.
In-Person at City Hall: 5909 N Milwaukee River Parkway, during normal business hours.
Election Day, April 7: In-Person at Your Polling Location, between 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (curbside drop-off available); or at City Hall between 7:00 a.m. - 7:45 p.m.
