Notice of Public Hearing

City of Glendale, Wisconsin City Council 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing by the City of Glendale Planning and Architectural Review Commission will be held on Tuesday, March 04, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 5909 N. Milwaukee River Parkway., Glendale, WI 53209 at which the following matter will be considered:

An Ordinance Amending 13.1.142 and 8.1.9(d)(13) of the Glendale Code of Ordinances to simplify, streamline, and provide specific requirements and uniform standards for the regulation of fences throughout the City. 

The purpose of this public hearing is to solicit comments on proposed ordinance revisions as they pertain to front yard fence requirements.

All people interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to Megan Humitz, City Clerk at m.humitz@glendalewi.gov. 

Information on how to join the hybrid meeting virtually will be posted on the Village’s website at www.Glendale-wi.gov.
