The City of Glendale has picked up nearly all the water-damaged debris left at curbs across the city from the storm over two weeks ago. John’s Disposal has returned to its regular pickups of garbage, recycling, and yard waste. County workers who assisted Glendale have returned to their regular assignments at Milwaukee County. Most Glendale Public Works employees have been reassigned to their regular work or to the collection and disposal of large limbs and other yard damage caused by the storm.
If you have water-damaged debris that is still being brought to the curb, call City Hall 414-228-1700 and give them your address. We will send public works employees to retrieve the last of the flood damage this week. After this week, you will have to contact a private disposal company to remove any additional debris.
