City Hall & City Services Closures

City Hall and City Services will be closed Monday, December 24, 2018; Tuesday December 25, 2018; Monday, December 31, 2018; and Tuesday, January 1, 2019. We will not have a permanent night drop box during City Hall remodeling. After hour payments may be dropped off in a sealed envelope at the Police Department Lobby.

Tax bills will be mailed on or before
December 15. Full payments are due January 31, 2019. Optional installment payments are due January 31, March 31, and May 31, 2019 respectively. Special assessments and special charges are not eligible for the installment plan and are due January 31, 2019 along with the first installment. We recommend that you mark your calendar so that you are not late for an installment payment because no reminder notices will be sent.

Mail payments are encouraged. This is an efficient collection process and it may be more convenient during City Hall remodeling. Please note that the postmark governs the date of payment --not the date on your check -- and it must be received on or before 5 working days from the due date.

Payments will also be accepted at City Hall Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the following holiday closures: December 24, 25 & 31, 2018 and January 1, 2019.

Winter Parking

Glendale's winter parking regulation take effect on December 1, 2018. No parking is allowed on any street between the hours of 2 AM and 6 AM from December 1 through March 31. All 2018 parking permits will expire on December 1, 2018. If you have an emergency parking consideration, please call (414) 228-1753 with your request.

Holiday Trash Collection

As a reminder, residents should place garbage cars at a safe distance up the driveway during snow season so the carts are not hit by snowplows or snow load form the plows during plowing operations. Any garbage carts that are placed in the road may be hit and it will be the responsibility of the homeowner to replace if damaged.
